Demo is locked...

Occasionally one of our free thirty day demos will be locked once installed. If this happens to you please follow these instructions:

To receive an Activation code that will unlock the demo for thirty days, press the “Send codes” button on the opening panel. Add the order number to the email that pops up and send it.

If your email software doesn’t open, or if the above doesn’t work for some reason, do the following:
Copy and paste BOTH the MID and Site codes that are on the opening panel of the demo and send them postmaster@editcnc.com.
Do not forget to tell us which software demo you have installed!

(If you are typing the code, please note that there are no letters "O" in the code, all are zeros.)

Please note that the code we send will unlock the software only on the computer from which these codes were taken.

We will send the activation code by reply email as soon as possible. This is usually within hours, but can take up to two business days.

Your email address, or any other information about you contained in your email to us will not be sold or given away, and will not be used by us for spam or any other purpose that sending you an unlock code. See our Privacy policy.

Minimum system requirements for our software:
Any computer with Windows95 v950B or higher(32 bit), 98, ME, 2000, XP, NT, Vista.
Hardware requirements will depend on the size of CNC files processed with EditCNC and ConnectCNC.
However, ConnectCNC requires at least one serial COM port, or USB/RS232c port converter.
