How to Unlock the Demos

 

The trial versions of our software are fully functional, so that you can really see how you can benifit by their use. Once you have tried the software for up to thirty days, you will need to remove the time limit.

Each license entitles the purchaser to unlock the software for unrestricted use on one computer.
(Site licenses are available to qualified purchasers of multiple seats)

 
Unlocking our Software

To unlock the software: Copy and paste BOTH the MID and Site codes (found on the opening screen) into an email to us. Once payment is confirmed, we will email the Activation code(s).
Note: we endeavor to get the Activation code to you within hours. However, please allow up to two business days to be on the safe side.

General notes
  • The Activation codes we send will unlock the software only on the computer from which the identification codes were taken.
    (Except for Site Licenses, available to qualified purchasers)
  • The best way to send us the identification codes is to paste them into an email to us. If you fax them, please double check their accuracy!
  • If you are registering multiple copies, label your identification codes so that you know which computer they're from. For example:
    Computer #1: MID XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Site XXXXXXXX
    Computer #2: MID XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Site XXXXXXXX
  • Keep a record of your activation code(s). You will need them when you upgrade your computer, or transfer the license to another computer. See the next section for details.

How many installations can be made with one product license?

According to the End User Licence Agreement you may use your copy of the software on one computer only. However, the license can be transferred. It is very important to follow the directions we have set out on our License Transfer Info page.

Do I have to pay for upgrades?

Currently, you can download the newest version of your registered software. It must be installed on the same computer as your present copy for us to provide a new activation key.

Minimum system requirements for our software:
Any computer with Windows95 v950B or higher(32 bit), 98, ME, 2000, XP, NT, Vista.
Hardware requirements will depend on the size of CNC files processed with EditCNC and ConnectCNC.
However, ConnectCNC requires at least one serial COM port, or USB/RS232c port converter.
